today at skatebarn me and sean goodwin were tyring flips over a spine and i looped out and tried catching myself with my foot sat on it and mny knee popped out of the goint or w/e and i fucking heard it it was gross but it we it right back in instantly and i sat around for about an hour. but about 5 minutes afte ri did that sean looped out and chipped his elbow u can feel it its disgusting
