Lucky has fucking changed, that was clearly marketed towards little kids, the decks look like grits as well

the catalouge looks unfinished but i think could be quite good if they added real product picture + riding pictures. also i doubt any of you have ridden the new lucky parts so time will tell if they are any good, people will buy them and if they snap we will probably get informed.

as for the "app things" they are obviuosly trying to hype up the quality but i like that they are informing you about the parts even if it does look childish, also not all companies dual heat treat or use t6 6061.

no idea what the "power pillars" are though but i can see that they would help the bottom of the deck not buckle like an addict i've seen.

so soon enough we will find out if the new range is any good i guess. hope its not like grit

I personally think these deck will change a few peoples minds when they are actually real and not some 3D render

ok, im not backing anyone on this, but lets just look at this from luckys perspective.

They most likely hired a professional to make this magazine. This said professional probably read some statistics on Lucky's audience. The average scooter age is anywhere from about 9 to 12. This catalog designer then made this catalog off of what would be appealing to the majority of the viewers. Someone posted the animal BMX catalog to set the example of what a good catalog looks like. A 9 to 12 year old kid won't want to look at that stuff, its not eye catching to them. They want to look at the bright colors and the cool looking scooters. I don't blame them, i had a somewhat rasta type color schemed scooter when i was 12. All i am saying, is lucky will always be a little kids scooter imo.
