Kenny Owen's reply = LOL. Uhhh my friend James gave me an idea.I will give you dibble's and mine too.

James Idea = pour cement in. Should dry the next day and weeee your ready to rock and roll!

Dibble = put some metal pipes in

mine = something like dibbles but I don't use tape as my bars are solid as mama already.

Simple eh?Lol. Go read the scooter super modding thread.

Scooter Modding Super Thread has my video tutorial...

I have 2 decks with it and 1 has lasted 1 year and the other has lasted 7 months. Both ridden pretty heavily. (hard drops.. lots of street)

Matt Dibble, I use to grind concrete and non metal ledges and my deck went too thin and I knew if I did more mad rough grinding, it will wear out and become to thin and break. Do you grind rough ledges?

no i dont see the point. 70% of my riding is street.. and grinding concrete isnt part of that. I want my scooter to be strong for the stress i put it through... ie- hospital gap lol

yeah it wasn't good times. That gap is long and tall and its a really big impact, I want as much strength in my deck as possible i would be mad if it broke. :)

but on the hospital gap if it had been your deck snapping instead of your wheel the bail would have been less bad
