you know greg i tried that! and sadly it didnt work. i tried it on some burly stuff and it didnt break so i gave up. then i triple whipped this 2 block after indy barring it and dubwhipping a super extended 5 and it just broke. i didnt expect it to be honest. after 90ing a 7 and it not breaking.

and honestly it had fattt cracks in the urethane and was peeling for a while now. so i tried making it last, but then buff said the replacement thing so i rode it really rough today till it broke.

You should be proud Dalton, Your the first person to break a Proto, or the first one to prove it anyway.
No need to be dissapointed cos your getting a new one, lol.

I've already talked to a few people and seen some bad wheels before this which is a pretty big bummer since there was such high expectations for these things and since the prototypes performed flawlessly but that's just the way it goes sometimes. Next batch will be much much better now that we know what and where to improve on.

I'm glad to hear though that the people who haven't had any problems yet love them!

honestly these are some of the best wheels i have ever ridden. fast, smooth, and the core is super strong. and after riding one of the defective ones and still liking it the next batch will probably be amazing. im just glad youre doing the exhange thing andrew because id be really sad if the best wheels ever made would break that easily and you didnt fix it. good guy :)
