funny headset or bars/fork noise

when i push my bars backwards and forwards or when i hop my headset or bars make this creaking noise and the bars move slightly

its happened for a while and ive just been continuing to tide

anyone got any ideas?

grease your headset, tighten the nuts a bit more.

I had this problem yesterday. Tighten your top bolt with a socket.

not the bottom one. it will be too tight and nothing will spin. tighten the bottom so it spins about 2-1/2 times, and tighten the top one onto it. using a socket/pipe wrench, tighten them TOGETHER. the top one down onto the bottom, and the bottom up onto the top one.
