The SCS compression system is not patented.
This means that anyone, any buisness, can make a SCS style compression. So, this means that this company is doing nothing wrong. BUT it's still kinda messed up that they look EXACTLY the same, instead of making it like phoenix did ( Using a grenade style ). I think this company atleast could have chose a different design or shape. I Highly doubt Andrew will do anything but its worth a try.

i know there a copy, but there from the uk and do you know how expensive it is to get a proper scs, like 150 dollars so there a cheap alternative and they are exactly the same but they have none of the proto branding on them so proto wont be able to do anything about it

Technically the patent hasn't followed through yet if they still say Pat. Pend. But i do hope andrew tries to do something.

Patent Pending means it's not patented. It means the patent is pending... o.0

So if someone copies a product while the patent on it is still pending, can the original maker of that product sue once his patent goes through, even though the rip off happened before the patent went through?
