Fuzion front wheel spacers?

I lost the spacers for the front wheel on my Fuzion fork. Does anybody know where I could get them or do any of you have some.

i bought a fuzion long ago. lost the spacers because there so damn small. i streched the fork legs apart and used lock nuts, way more dialed and hella easy to get spacers in.
