OT but I see that you're located in the Bay, Steven T. Any interest in meeting up with our demo manager one of these days to try out a Fuzion? I'm not familiar with people on this board but any other members or people that you think would be interested are more than welcome to join as well.

Of course we'd provide units for everyone to ride and obviously free promo stuff!

Mr. Man, I currently have not been riding push scooters for about 4 months now. And as ive made apparent, am not big on trying something other then a two wheeled scooter. However, reading other peoples posts, and commonly being a very open minded person to new things. I might give one a lil test ride...so if you can, use the PM (Private Message) feature, and send me some times or dates if possible, and a place to meet...if that cant be arranged i ..Im not saying im going can provide an Address...Im not saying im going to ride one, but i am considering testing one out. And seeing as you guys are so close to where i live, it almost seems foolish to not try and help out a bit...but at the same time, i am still very apprehensive...so PM some specs about all this, and we can move forward from there....thanks.
...makes no sense dude. Your making a big deal over this. Were just testing out the scooters, this is the scooter resource not the 2 wheel scooter resource with spinning headsets man...

Bri, take a step back and check out how many riders on here ride these..? Old grannys and grandpas scoot around in a lil electric thing a ma jigs to, and those are called scooters as well. They dont come on here. There are those massive bike tired old school scooters people used to ride. and They dont come here. And there now these Fuzion scooters, and although they HAVE been around already, and test ridden by top Two Wheeled Push Scooter Riders...No one that rides them comes here. People that ride knowpeds or growpeds are even rarely found here. We Ride Two Wheeled Push Scooter. Almost eveyrone on this forum does, with the exception of a slight few. Dont try to get around by saying this is a scooter to, so treat it like its the same as a Two Wheeled Push. Cause its not. Whatsoever...at all.

i dont wanna get into this arguement because i dont like getting on peoples bad sides and stuff, but i really wanna try one out, just to see how it feels and such compared to 2 wheeled kick scooter, i might like it or i might find it annoying, but if one of the people that work for fusion wants to send me a free one to test out, i would be more then happy to test it out because free stuff = cool
sorry if somebody got offended by what i said
i just like trying things out

haha Steve, Me and Bri are good friends, we are not arguing like hate eachother..? And no one can get offended by what you said, No one can say you cant try something new, im sure a lot of people want to try something new, its jes that the majority does not..

And Bri, when i said "I Might give one a lil test ride" and then "im not saying im going to ride them" i didnt mean it in that way. I meant i might test one out, and let them know the weaknesses and strengths of the product..But i meant in whole that i was not going to become a Fuzion scooters rider. Or a scooter rider in general for that matter. Atleast not yet. I didnt mean to say...IM Not Going To Ride. And Then...I Want To Ride One..lol.

they asked me to write a paragraph about myself... haha i wrote this:

Well thanks for my consideration and picking me too haha. Well to start off I am 15 years old and I have been riding for about 2 years. I don't really like the idea of riding a 4 wheeled scooter but i wanted to ride it and find out for myself if its fun or not. I don't plan on making a switch to these over my current scooter but its a possibility i suppose. When I am not riding im sleeping, eating, at work, or at school. I also enjoy video editing and photography but im not very talented at either. My trademark is and will always be "Dibbs the fat kid" so if you say im not fat your going against the tradition. I like ice cream, i don't like being told what to do. Swingsets are fun, especially at night. I'm writing a paragraph about myself and I'm not quite sure what to say. I work at a KOA campground and that cuts down on riding time. Thats not fun. What is fun is hanging out with friends and having a good time. I used to play baseball and basketball but im getting away from team sports because i like accomplishing goals i set myself, and just doing what i want for myself. I dont need a coach telling me what i need to do, i do what i want, and i do it for fun.

I'd try one for sure.. why not? Something different, and if these scooters were made in Aus than I'd try and go for a sponsorship but they are centred in America so I can't..

I own SR.
I just received mine in the mail today. To be honest I was pretty skeptical about these things but after riding one I personally thought it was pretty amazing. The design is so different and unique I wasn't even sure if it was going to work but it did.

Now before you all go getting excited let me just clarify a few things. I am not a heavy "tech" rider by any means. I like riding fast, carving bowls, airing and bombing hills so this thing was perfect for MY style. On the other hand if you are a super tech trick rider then this thing is definately NOT for you. Right off the bat you can't do tailwhips or barspins which is almost every trick combination on a normal scooter. It is way longer and noticably heavier. Even if the bars could spin freely it would be pointless because this was not designed to be a trick scooter.

I have only ridden this thing once so far so this list may change but these are things I noticed right away.

PROS:

- Big flat wheels
- Smooth bearings
- Wide deck
- Wide bars
- Super stable
- Fast

CONS:

- No barspins
- No tailwhips
- The bars/fork assembly is total crap
- The pivoting bushings just look like normal plastic so I have no idea how long those will last
- The edges of the plastic deck get chewed up if you carve too hard

NEUTRAL:

- Longer
- Heavier
- Some assembly required
- No brake (don't really need it because you can speed check by carving for those of you who are familiar with snowboarding it is the exact same)
- Steering stop (doesn't really matter because with the ammount that the bars are allowed to turn plus the pivoting trucks the thing turns on a dime)

It is definately way different then anything else I have ever ridden and I reccomend that people check them out but don't expect trick riding to go 4 wheels because it won't. Not yet at least. Overall I thought the ride was great but the "MADE IN CHINA" craftsmenship really sucks. I can't really say if it would be worth it to buy one or not because I don't know how much they retail for but if they are in the $50-70 range I'd say that is reasonable.

I will add more when I ride more.

Andrew.. would they be good for grinding? either on the deck or on the "trucks"? That is what i want to get out of them, grinding could be fun

Wow I just realized that "scooters" is spelled wrong in the name of the thread haha.

Andrew, I was expecting that they'd be more aimed toward that aspect of riding.
