Goto system properties (right click on my computer and hit properties) and tell us what your processor and RAM is. Than hit start, run, and type in dxdiag, hit the display tab and tell us what the graphics card is and how much the approx. total memory is...

make sure you have direct x 9.0c too..unless you have vista then you want 9.0Ex or 10.0 (found in dxdiag under system tab)
that could be the problem..might not be

also try running them with everything closed that dosent need to be running. disable all the services in msconfig that you dont need running, that might help also.

try rolling back the video card drivers to what they were before you updated them..that should get the graphics looking better (should be same as before)

Im not totally sure but it might be the graphics card, i can't really find any info on the specs of it. Everything else seems fine, so its either the card or your direct x or something.

Are there any patches out for GTA SA? Check around online and see if there is any, they usually fix alot of problems with graphics cards.

dont install the patch becoz it might ruin the MP mod james.. and its not direct X i giv him the link to download the newest 1 so im guessing its his graphics card
