Gaming computer

I am planning to build a gaming computer and was wondering if this is a good set up. will it run games such as battlefield 2 and 3 on ultra settings.

We do but I can tell you for a fact that there are not a lot of people who will be able to help you.

Not saying there isn't haha. But your more likely to find someone who can help you on a computer forum rather than a scooter forum.

Check out all the public wishlists on New Egg. They have tons of pre made wishlist made by users. You should be able to find something fitting your needs.

Guys if you want to play games on PC then your PC should have following specification.
Videocard: 555m, Regza 37"
Processor: i7 2630QM
Mainboard:
Memory: 4GB DDR3
Soundcard: Via HD, x-530
PSU: 150w

150 watt power supply? i hope your joking if you think that can run the specs you listed.

and to the OP yeah it's a good set-up. you are going to need a bigger Power supply though.

as previously stated, i hope your joking. i7 is good yes, thats not even a videocard thats a monitor, y u no post motherboard? only 4gbs of ram? and soundcards are unnecessary unless the original built in sound card stops working, and lol 150w.

as long as you have the right hookup inside the computer your building then a hard drive from a prebuilt should work. however unless it an expensive prebuilt computer your probobly not going to get more than 500gb out of it and as you probobly know you would want no less then a terrabyte in a good gaming computer. my buds has a 2tb flash HD in his (flash makes his so fast).

unless you don't have the money or you want something that you know that you made and apreciate putting a piece of tech together with your own two hands then you could always buy a real nice alienware computer (my personal fave computer brand).

i do think that your setup should work by the way. it will be way faster than my computer. i got a stock toshiba laptop. been thinkin about adding some more ram chips to help speed it up a little

you going to need a larger power supply by the way.

best of luck and i hope it works great! :)
