geting stock bearing cups off a headtube

i have been trying to get them off for a hour still no dam luck im soo pissed any help here i snapped one of my long flat heads and that shit didint come out

you know those stock bearing cups u have on ur head tube well i got a fsa and i have to take my old stock ones off but it feels like next to impossible

its easy. use a vice if you have to, lay the flat head on the thin bit of the headset, whack HARD. if you do it right, it comes out in about 4 hits.

What i use is a socket wrench not to big and not to small and put pressure on one of the sides and hit it realy hard and just keep putting pressure all around the cup.

Hope I HElPED

i literally just did this. all i do, is get a flathead screwdriver, put it in the side, between the headtube and the cup, and hammer it in until it hits the cup. then just put the screwdriver inside the heatube and hammer it out. easy as that. oh, and hammer between the headtube and the cup ALL AROUND.

i just did it.. take a stock handle bar.. like the part that comes out the t tube put it at an angle inside the headtube nd hammer away i just didi it its easy
