yesterday, a little kid came up to me with a spiderman scooter. i was doing tricks, and he said - i can jump too! he bunnyhopped about 1 inch. i encouraged him heaps, and we rode for about 5 minutes. i told him to learn more tricks, like barspins. i also told him about razor pro models. he listened. he's 5. hopefully he'll be a big rider someday

dude cheddie that is seriously awesome, especially about the skatepark letting you in

to help out, I encourage all the younger people that I'm friends with to ride, and they all are really excited about it and are trying to get good. I hold little trick tip seminars at the park when there are tons of scooter kids there and I'll have like 20 kids around me while I teach them how to like, 360 or tailwhip haha. it's really exciting to watch this sport grow in my area because I literally used to be the only one. I would walk into parks with my scooter and I could hear people laughing, but now days when I walk into my local all my friends say they hear people say "there he is! there's the scooter kid!" or "that scooter guy is crazy" haha

dude thats the same as me. except that im still like the only one at my local park. sometimes on the weekends, little kids come with like their a2's or a3's all junked out with mising grips and wobly head tubes but i try really hard to show them stuff and encourage them to ride and describe the mods ive made to mine, and just try to keep them interested in the sport.

Haha, even though I'm not that good, I love it when I walk into a skatepark and here people laughing, then I do something really simple like a tailwhip or grind a rail and they're like "Whattt you're soo good" then I let everyone ride my scooter and whatnot.

i usually just try to discourage kids, tell them they suck and stuff ya know, just so i can remain the best rider in town.

i was at Zumies to get some xmas stuff from my parents cuz they let me pick it out. as i was looking around, my mom asks an employee if they had scooter stuff (lolz) and the guy was like "no but we are interested in the sport so we want to start selling razor scooter accesories. so he and i talked about it and it was sick.

Also, i was riding around downtown one night and i saw this little kid on an old A scooter so i went to show him up (i know im an ass) but he ended up telling me that he was getting inward bars and eagle sports for xmas. i thought that was cool

I also let kids ride my scooter at skate parks, and sometimes kids realize how fun it is to scooter. So hopefully more people near me start to ride.
