Gettting into footjams.

i just dont get how to get into footjams.
tips are appreciated.

Put your foot in between your fork and headtube.

rest your foot on your wheel in between your fork and headtube. really not that hard.

the way i learnt was to do like a t-up (half an x-up) when getting my foot in.

Turn your bars 180 and then go up to a quarter and turn your bars about 45 and slot you foot in the gap between the deck/headtube and the wheel make sure its jammed in there hard though. Then learn them without turning your bars 180.

do you have to hop into it and aim for the wheel? or can you roll into it?
