search for one called eximous or something like that..its free and it works good

or you could use photoshop cs2 and open the animation in image ready..if you have them that is

I Only Know Of One That is a Trial. But You may want to check it out anyway.
Well go http://www.blumentals.net/egifan/ and download it. Its Really Easy to Use and you get like 20 goes at it or something.

I just dont get how I need to do this. Im a noob at gif animations, so yeah, help would be fun

ok first off you need the clip (video) to split into multiple frames..save each one as a jpg..download one of the programs to make gif's with and then add the frames..save as a gif

do I split it with wmm, cuz thats insanely long...
