my friend sent that too his ex and now her dad is taking him to court is this alright?

you can't sue someone for saying something like that
you can't sue someone and send them to jail

This man is correct.

Freedom of speech. You can sue them unless it was blackmail or something, and this obviously isn't, and it would have to be so much more hardcore to even make it onto like judge judy or something. Its facebook anyway, no one will give a fuckk. Tell your friend to tell this chicks dad her daughter is a little slut, get over it and stay out of her life.

court cant do shit to him. he never threatened her or anything all they will do is say stop unless her dad wants to get a restraining order which is gonna cost him alot of money. so your boy wins either way
