Here's a thought. Pro Model bearings are just as good as any basic ABEC 7 bearing you find in skate shops. Colored bearing walls are stupid, so stop it. You don't even see them.
Clean the bearing out with alcohol, let it sit in a bowl with just enough alcohol to clear the top of the bearing as it sits on it's side.
Dry it, then use a decent lubricant (NOT WD-40, if you think that's a good lubricant, you suck). And pow, you have skate quality bearings.
What makes stock bearings on scooters feel like shit in the first place is the fact that they use a very thick and low quality grease while being build out in China.

But if you want to waste your money. Black Panthers or PUSH bearings work pretty good.
You don't need Swiss Ceramics or $30+ bearings, stop being ridicuous.
