Good filming setup

I want to get into filming, whats a good camera to film with? I have an 800$ budget and i want this camera to last a long time. Even when i am finished scootering and record other stuff. Whats a good scooter camera that i can make good quality edits with for under 800$??

i would get a hd sony cam. i have one and i love it.
sony hd cam- 450ish i think
opteka baby death fisheye-80
opteka x-grip handle-30
and you can get a tripod for like 20
