Double Post, but bring to attention.

Rode so well for 3 hours. I was riding hard, on my last run, last trick, big table air, it snapped. Snapped at the folding mech. So thats one way not to make a good scooter. haha, ohwell, it was always an experiment. my brother currently looing at it talking to me about how to make it strong.. lol. maybe next time?

New idea. Now remove the reinforcements and use a hacksaw to get rid of the bent parts of the decl, so the deck would be just a U-profile instead of a H-profile (bird-view). I hope your current reinforcements are made out of aluminium, so basicly, now you could weld just the neck between the reinforcements and also weld the reinforcements to your deck..
