Good way to Paint Bars

I just got some inward bars off this kid at my local for 20$ and he had spray painted them red and it looks crappy so i was wondering if there's a good way to paint them cheap.

Two ways:

1.

- Spray a coat of primer after rawing the bars. (In the colour you want.)
- Leave to dry.
- Spray an even coat of paint over the primer once dry.
- Leave to dry.
- Spray another coat of paint.
- Leave to dry.
- Spray another coat.
- Leave to dry.

Or...

2.

- Spray on the colour you want.
- Leave to dry.
- Spray another coat of paint.
- Leave to dry.
- Spray a coat of clear paint over your colour to give it a glossy look, and too protect the paint.

But I'm sure you would have found something if you searched.

Uhhhh, strip them down with a razor blade because it's fast.
& go to your local home depot or hardware store and buy Rustoleum Spraypaint(3 Dollars?) and hang the bars on something.
Then paint away.

Buy bar wrap. Looks just like paint until you get up close and it's pretty easy to install. Plus it doesn't chip, just tears a little if it really gets beaten.
