quit trying to piece, and learn some letters.
practice that throwie, and the thick black outlines have to go.
that worn down looking lettering isnt pleasing to the eyes.

my first blackbook went missing.
pity.
just saying, its annoying to hear people talk about graffiti, like they wanna learn to be cool.
and throwing around words they dont even fully understand.
for the first year of my interest in it, i didnt say a damn word and i drew the dumbest character but i didnt show anyone until i had something to be proud of.
(im talking generally.)
for me graffiti is this living breathing thing.
like when i started i looked for hours at the artists, and was amazed, and it wasnt that i wanted the attention to say OH YEAH I WRITE,
i just wanted to add something to it, and leave a mark to say something about myself.
it seems like people want to get into the graff scene because its the badass thing to do. everyone copy cats, and they have this shitty style and i want to burn my eyes out when i see an ugly ass tag.
do it because you fucking love it, and you just wanna be famous.

I've been reading through bombingscience like a mad man. Still not sure where to head. I've read a bunch of articles, how to's, tutorials, etc.
Fuck it, I'll stop contributing to this thread and work on my throw until further notice.

yeah i read margarets post and i agree totally, drawing is just a way to express yourself and get whats in your head onto something for you to enjoy later.
I havent tagged anything in my life, just griptapes and illustrator designs for a few years, but i can admire a good peice when i see it.

i put grog on a soda machine.
next day i went back and they tried to buff it, it was just gray instead of black.
