i've got nothing against green day. dookie was a great cd. they're new stuff is mediocre at best, but i don't think they sold out at all or changed just to get more coverage. they're songs are still the same simple 3 powerchords they always were, so it's cool that they've gotten to be so successful.

i always loved green day, like their old stuff mostly like dookie and nimrod, then i loved warning, and i still don't really mind the new stuff, it's not that i don't like them because they're mainstream, i just didn't like their new stuff all that much.
