Grind box ripping up a 100mm eagle

I have a grind box in my basement and I started to notice that my back wheel is getting torn up where the urethane meets the metal. There are nicks in the metal and the urethane is starting to peel. I'm starting to worry that the wheel might eventually debub. Does anyone else have this problem or know how to prevent it? Thanks

its not dehubbing, but stop raping it on your grind box lol.

when you grind, try not to rub the wheel against the ledge. its not good for any wheel.

yea, it happened to me awhile back. Just don't grind with your wheel touching the grind box like Greg said.

wheels are perfect but doesnt mean they are bulletproof....... (see my PM back)
if they arent bulletproof, they obviously arent perfect. you need to know these things...

Hahahhaa..... yes if you look it that way...but wheels are not ment to be bulletproof.......so they still are perfect for what they are being made for.

What, like a stud from a BMX pedal?

you would want it to be something slick so that it wouldnt slow you down when you are grinding
