Gripper Warranty?

my freind chunked both of his proto's like a week after he got them. And he's just dealt with it this whole time. (Around 2 1/2 months)
we found the email for the proto warranty, but his warranty ends in 2 days. will it still be valid, considering he sent the email today?

he's been riding them chunked for 2 months. he has no money. haha,
Like there good size chunks, most of them go to the core.

Possibly if he has a picture when he chucked them with a time stamp on it, They would replace it if the warranty expired.

Picture with a time stamp? I think it should be good even if the warranty is over. But you never know they could fuck him over.

Yeah theyll probably just wait to the warrantys over and then say no sorry so deffinately timestamp it.
