gs320 problems

the answer is probly obvious, but i need help. this is the first time this has happened and it wont go away. it either looks this

or it doesnt read the tape at all. ive tried switching tapes, turning it off, and stuff like that. nothing techical though

so if anyone knows how to fix it or what to do please tell me

yeah thats what i was thinking eric, but i dont know what the head look like or where they are

get a head cleaning tape. and use the same brand of tapes.
