Konami is gonna SUE THE FUCCK out of them when it comes out haha. (if you didn't know Konami has had an arcade guitar game called Guitar Freaks, its also on PS2, its been out for like 10 years and they have patents on it, later guitar hero)

You could do that with the Xbox 360 versions of GH I think...

On PS3 and X360 they release song packs to download. For the PS2 version, if you have some way of running modded games you can download modded GH2 mixes with all different songs in there, and you can make your own but its a bitch
