Omg that video was so well done. Completely professional. Yeah how the heck do they do that thing where they take different frames in the clip and freeze them on the spot? Also just some of the transitions and little things were incredible and I'd love to know how to do that.

Yes its pretty much stand alone. You can edit a clip then export as AVI and pop in your Vegas timeline.
