When I do them I look forward to where I am trying to hang 5 to. That helps a lot. It feels weird at first but helps a ton.

if u have to turn ur bars for hang fives then ur pathetic. jsin.
best way to learn them is to set a gaol for urself. and go for it.
but here are some tips that help me.
1. Keep the leg on the deck bent
2. dont keep ur whole foot on the deck. just stay on ur toes.
3. push down uber hard.
4.use your body just as much as ur leg for balance. People dont get that u use your body just as much for these.

That's because your aiming to go that far. When riding flat get something to measure how far you are going and keep making it longer.

dude put on some grip tape on there and try to find a place where you like to put your foot remember the further up the more forward it gos and the harder it is to get p there but if you just like to not pt your foot on the down tube its alittle harder so try puting your toes on the down tube and the rest of your foot on the deck

its been over a week of practicing over an hour routine daily, so far im pretty sure i have found my balance point originally i had my foot on the goose neck, but after the griptape ripping off that i decided to try hang 5s with my foot on the deck and i found it way more comfy i can hold it longer i can get into it quicker, overall im thinking that this is my balance point because i must say that im progressing pretty fast on hang 5's even though i can only go for about 2-3 meters thats still pretty good in a week worth im pretty glad.

What i do is i hop into them like a reg nose manny. i put my back foot on the back of the deck, and my front foot on my headtube. when you push off just bring your back foot slowly (but not too slow) next to your front foot on the side, and make shure you push your hars out and keep your arms steady and bend your knee a little bit when you hop into it. hope this helps :)

Honestly i hate hang 5's cause most kids freak out at them. they are sick no doubt but I found that nose mannys are WAY FUCKING EASIER THAN HANG 5's trust me. And the look way sicker.
