As my English teachers son said, reading is for squares. I've not read any of the books so I'll probably end up watching the movie.

You people need to post spoiler warnings when you post about the actual book, cause there's always a few months before the book is published in Poland. When I read the last one I was fucked cause I knew that Dumbledore was going to be killed from SR.

when harry potter was about 1 years old, Lord Voldemort (very powerful evil wizard) came to his house one night and murdered his parents, and tried to kill him. but something went wrong, his curse rebounded against harry and practically killed LV. Harry was left to live with his muggle family for 10 years. eventually he got to go to hogwarts, the school for witches and wizards. He has many adventures there, and blahblahblah, he has an encounter with LV again, and he wins. He goes to Hogwarts for 5 more years, learning about his past and finding trouble and such. He learns that he must kill voldemort or be killed by him. Dumbledore (the headmaster and the only guy LV ever feared) helps harry by showing him scenes from LV's past and telling him about horcruxes. They are objects that a person can put part of their soul in for safekeeping. It is made by killing someone and splitting your soul apart. LV made 6 horcruxes, and in order for him to be completely killed all of the horcruxes must be destroyed. Dumbledore gets killed at the end of book 6 though, so Harry must find and destroy the last 4 horcruxes by himself (2 of them were already destroyed).

thats a realllyyy short summary without hardly any details, its hard to properly give an overview for this series, because its so complex.

I like all the Harry Potter books. I dont know why alot of people dont, but I do. I dont know if im weird or what but whatever I honestly dont care lol.
