i could get it done for 25usd total including the material, to make it a colour other then silver 3usd added, ingrave it by cnc laser machine 2usd, change to other material not alloy cost 35usd to mae the fork out of mild steel

a box to sell it in + sticker & manual 2usd, to make it treadless instead of treaded cost 22usd to make the alloy version with out threads compression hole in the bottom

those are true price i can get the work done for, but good MOQ apply meaning 500pcs is a min to make after protypes are made for testing

im not saying im going make them take2, we have our own model in process i just wanted to comment you are a bit wrong with your comment back to lil tony

i am making no profit! i havent sold many. i am lowering the prices like crazy becasue my dad is buying a cnc machine. and every single fork i make is going to be threaded. but i am going to make a hole in the middle going up through the tube and its going to have threads so it will fit the brass knuckle, standard, and take2 compression on them. i am making no profet right now!!!!!! the reason every fork is going to be threaded is because you dont need to put a nut on them if you have compression, so akll it will do is make the bars have a little more grip on the forks. were also making decks, bars, and more!!!

Im running a french id fork right now, and its solid as hell and its only like 3,7mm thickness solid forktubes seem just a bit overkill, and brass knuckles WONT WORK ON A THREADED FORK.

he didnt pay that much. he shut up after i posted. he paid like 60 dollars. his dad is good friends with the guy in the shop. he prolly got them for free. anyways those are good prices. hoping you can make legit cnc forks unlike take 2.

lil fuck face you have know idea what you are talking about b/c if you did you'd know that each fork is a PROTO TYPE b/c there each made by hand by some guy in kennadale,TX in tha geto haha well the material cost about 25-30$ and the labor is about 45$ and it takes about 2 hours to make one so ya FUCK OFF!!8)

how Are they made by hand, take 2 state there CNC Billet alloy fork, maybe the first one made by hand yeah they taken to cnc machines to copy, only part of hand making these forks take on is the machine operator take it from one cnc machine to the other & the hand progrming on pc program

the forks look strong and yea there expensive i guess, but so are french id, soa, and maybe sr v3's. I mean people make a big deal out of the price. Maybe if the take2's were tested by like even one rider we could prove that they are a good fork but no one knows.

no take2 guy, dont make them threaded and im glad your using my idea about the threaded inside i think that will beat starnuts anyday, until threaded inserts are made
you will sell more threadless because of the new compression, and since its aluminium the threads suck hard and the comp system will probaby mush all of them
