I own SR.
5'5" tall

17"x13" (stock) - 3.5 years
17"x15" (buffs) - 1.5 year
18.5"x15" (buffs) - 1 year
20"x16" (sr gusset one pieces) - 9 months
21"x18" ("sr team bars") - 9 months->now

The taller and wider (and steeper headtube angle) you go, the more comfortable riding becomes. My back used to bother me when I rode baby bars but now I feel fine.

i can do tricks better and cleaner at 18 high than any other height. 19 feels good but manuals are a bit harder for me, so i stick with 18.

People .. thats why you stretch before scootering to loosen up your muscles and you should be fine if you dont stretch your muscles tighen up for instance in your back and therefore your back hurting.

my back only hurts when i ride low bars so when i get a new bar height ride it for a while and my back starts to hurt i make my bars .5 - 1 inch higher and see what happens

5'7" and 22" tall, it's mad nice. They're a tad lower since I only have one nut on my fork, and will be shorter when I get my compression system. When I hold onto my bars I barely lean over, it's good.

I'm also 5'7" and ride 22" High! lol
