I've noticed that people that hate and hassle you, usually can't ride. Several times I've seen people talk trash but yet that's all they do at the skatepark. They never once moved there ass of the seat. And usually ages 11-14. Not hating on the younger kids just saying that's usually the typical age.

at my local im friends with a lot of the local skaters. i get hyped when they land a trick, so they do the same. plus, they think im pro because they never see anyone else riding scooters. i just try to avoid haters by showing some respect, and not getting in the way.
today i went to a skatepark i never really go to,and i had a few haters, but once i hit one of the handrails they stayed quit lol

Usually get respect, but there's always "that guy". Had a biker flip me a bunch of ish, eventually got a lil physical, but he shut up after that. Skaters are typically a lot worse than bikers, have ran into a few dudes/chicks who just like to run their mouth about how the sport is gay, but you just have to stand up for yourself. Don't be the pansy who runs away from everything, stand up to them without stooping to their level. And don't be like me and step on the nose of their board as they go by...
