So i have a lucky pro 4.5 with an old A-model headtube on it and it works great but......it has a slight woble and both my bolts are tight as all hell. and i know its not my scs/headset cuz ive taken it apart like over 900 times.

i drilled my ht bolts to 3/8 and used grade 8 bolts with locking nuts and washers with a little locktite and just tighten them as tight as i could and it helped alot but it still moved a tiny bit every once in awhile

What did you tighten the bolts with? Cause I had to get this big wrench about 8+ inches long and rank on it to get them tight enough.

well i just remembered that we have a 10" wrench, i used pliers and my scrawny bodyweight

put a couple layers of duct tape on the front and back of the neck piece, then jam the headtube on it. then u ultra tighten the bolts

dude if both bolts r facing the same way take one off and turn it around and shouldn't wobble. i just fixed my like last week and now my scooter is dialed at hell

claughton: i did that like 2 weeks ago and that helped a little, really a good idea though. now im using what i call a ghetto bolt.....its a bolt for bolting a foldy on a razor pro and then i put a bearing spacer on the end and a locknut on that...works well

yeah, i'd love to have a tsi, but I don't really have the money to do so. trust me i really wish i could.
