And i was wondering if it looks as if it could work as a compression system? Has anyone used it before or know anyone that has? If so, feedback! Also how long is a SR fork tube? cause this is 210 - 270mm and im pretty sure an SR is around 200mm but not too sure?!

That should work, i dont see why it wouldnt. just take off the cap off.

It wont work... how is the end doing to stay in the bars? It wont unless you had a starnut in there. Just get a regular compression system...

it is the wrong size too, stock bars use 1 1/8 and i peice bars use 1 1/4

A. 1 piece bars use 1.5"(well mine do). B. The cap doesn't go into the bars it goes on the bottom of the forks. C. You dont need a starnut because as you tighten the bolt the end stretches out to lock into the bars.

Trust me dude, the end doesnt stretch out. Its basically an elongated wingnut. Its made for bikes and wont work unless you have something to hold the end in the bars (a starnut for instance). It will be a waste of money, and you will feel stupid you didnt listen.
