Head Set Question

when my starnut thing was broken and when i was waiting for my SCS to come. i lost some balls in my headset will it be a probelm and will i have a to buy a another headset???

u just have to get some headset bearings from any bikeshop...u can order some from danscomp for like 2 bucks piece
