what size in mm do i need i know its half inch but i caluated and it said i need a 12.7 or something it seems too big.. what size in mm do i need please answer if you know for sure

12.7 mm is right.

Edit: Or just go to a bike shop and find what lets your fork clear.

well its either 12mm or 15 mm so do you think 12 will work or should i get like a 12mm and i tiny 2mm one cuz my starnut is pretty deep

If your star nut is too deep just hit it out the other side then put it back in at the right depth. And 14mm worth of spacers isn't gonna make much of a difference from 15mm.

well 15 looks stupid and i cant hammer it out the other side i have a lucky ls the one side is smaller i guess ill either cut it or put another starnut in or just use shit load of spacers

also wouldnt the spacer lif your bars a half inch makin them raise your bars 2 inches overalll?
