headset and scs problem

i just put my scs on and my headset keeps coming loose. i tighten it really tight and it still comes loose. does anybody know how to fix this?

Buy some loctite and put that on it helps a lot!

file down the top of your fork same thing happened to me and it turns out the top of my fork was sitting above the lip by like 1 mm try that and it should work
