headset cap on aos v2

My headset cap rubs my aos v2 its a fsa headset and its really bugging me and I'm tired of my headset always coming looses without it. Any suggestions?

same thing happened to me i took a rubber thing from the cap of my old canecreek and put it under the top cap and it stopped rubbing

When you buy an envy headset, it comes with metal spacers so this doesn't happen. Try to find some kind of spacer to put in there.

Hey Guys,
There is many headsets on the market and some have dust caps that will not always fit with our decks. Best thing to do is go to your local bike shop or scooter retailer and ask for a .5mm headset spacer. If that doesn't work ask someone you know who is running our integrated headset for one of the spaces we supply in it.

If you want to know why we supply 2 spaces in our headsets, this is because some other brands have different tolerances with their cups, and by supplying them with our headsets, will mean you can ensure it will fit on every deck.

dont ride a top cap. it makes it lot smoother.

ive never ridden top caps because when i discovered not riding them make my headset smoother/faster i stopped, just tighten your scs/hic/whatever as hard as you can.

I'm going to go make a bigger shim and try that I had a spacer before

Sand the bottom part of it the flat spot that u set on the bearings
