Headset clamp Blazor Quad or Rat Quad?

My son needs a new headset clamp for his MGP team scooter and we appear to have narrowed it down to a rat quad clamp or a blazor pro quad clamp. Can anyone tell me which is better? thanks

buy a rat clamp and replace the bolts with steel ones because the ones on the rat are aluminum so they will probobly strip easily
