Headset doesn't fit on oversized forks

ok so last visit to the skatepark i ended up bending my forks and bars so i need to replace them. now, my scooter is a MGP VX4 Team with tons of custom. after this fix the only thing original will be the deck but anyways, i ordered a set of MGP DDAM M1 forks and they are oversized which i failed to notice but i figured it would be no big deal. so they arrived and now the compression ring and dust cap on my stock headset don't fit over the oversized forks. I have been told that this is weird and it should fit but i have moved on. my plan was to order Oversized MGP Terry Price Signature bars but i need to know what headset to get.

basically my question is: what headset will fit over my oversized forks?

Deck: MGP VX4 Team (integrated) (HIC Compression)
headset: Stock MGP/FSA headset (Integrated)
forks: MGP DDAM M1 (HIC Compression)

Here's your problem. Also, there's no such thing as oversized forks. you can only have oversized bars.
you can try sanding your fork down evenly, and buy a tilt headset. thats what id do.

Thanks for the info. So if I order a new headset it wouldn't matter what I ordered, it should fit the forks? Also, do all forks have the same diameter neck tube?

Oversized forks don't exist man.

I think all of us on here would agree that you probably shouldn't buy anymore madd gear parts. Their parts are made for children.

If you're buying a new headset, defiantly get the tilt headset. Best headset you can buy. And yea, all forks have the same diameter. The only exception would be envy/fasen ihc forks. But you shluldnt be running ihc anyways haha.
