Headset help please

I really want a sealed headset that fites into my scooter and doesnt wobble.
can anyone please post:

You need to learn, its not the headsets ault that its wobbleing. Its the person whos using it. If you know how to use headsets (threadless or threaded) you should know why and how to fix it if its wobbling. You either have to tighten yout bolts, or tighten you starnut.
