Headset help

Alright so i installed my headset yesterday but i cant get it in any further than this. Should i take it out and grind out a little metal to make it fit or should i just leave it like this.

thats what exactly happened to mine i kept it like that it doesnt make a difference the way it feelz or performs

Is there any way i can take them back out without just using a screwdriver and a hammer to i can dremel the headtube out a little?

as long as its hard enough to get out then rather off leave it like that
