Headset Help!!!

I have a token sealed headset which i payed 60 for.
i run dsc threaded forks and 2 locknuts. its tightened all the way and spins sick but it moves back and forth. what is wrong?

threaded forks. i have fsa pig with threaded dominators and it spins good but wobbles cause its threaded

Are you using the compression ring?
