headset noise?

i have an unsealed thread less headset that is perfectly fine but when you spin the deck it makes this really annoying crackling sound i pulled it apart and the bearings and components are still in good condition i greased the hell out of the bearings but it didn't make any difference if you have any idea whats going on plz tell me.

it sounds like the bearings in your headset broke, get new bearings or just but rustoleum, sonic super oil & some wd40 on that bitch (give the little squeaky ho a spin test) then lube another extra 3 sprays till it spins a lil faster than what you want it to... shabba dabba ding dong, fixed.
