Headset Popping.

I have a problem with my headset and i don't know what it is, i have a Pig DH Pro headset on a lucky fork. I also have a Brass knuckle, for some reason when everything is tight i can pull back on the bars and then forward and it makes like a popping noise and moves forward a little bit, any ideas what this is and how i can fix it?

i have lucky lsv3 forks, fsa fig, and brass knucks and have the same exact problem, what the fuck is going on?

if its lucky or zg or proride deck then it may be the bolt on the bottom of the deck

Okay well I found out the problem guys, I got a TSI and the problem is the bottom like plate that the bottom bearing is on is to big to fit on the lucky forks so you gotta make some short of shim, I don't know what to use though I tried that Pipe thread tape stuff worked for like 3 minutes then went back to normal..

i had the same problem, i had a lucky 4.5 with lucky lsv3, brass knucks and fsa dh pro, i just took it to my local bike shop and they fixed it

alright, i'll try and fix it and if that doesn't work i'll bring it to them.

I had the same problem, not using threadless or anything though.

I needed new bars, it was my bars.
