headset problem.

ok well now i got everything on but when i put a lot of weight on the bars and turn them it squeaks and barley spins it sounds like an old rusty swing i dont think its suppused to do that. i think it might be because of the crown being lose but i really dont know. how do i get it to stop??

you have to take the stock one out first did you do that???

then you have to make sure you bought a 1 1/8 size one

Then just hammer the smaller end in (make sure you use a rubber mallet if you do it this way)
