headset problem?

its like a creeking nose is it my wheels or is it my headset its an intergrated district deck i greesed them all up can u help me fix this gay noise?

i took it all apart and i regreased everything put it back together and i still hurd it my dad said it sounded like a dryed out bearing so i regreased it again and still didnt work.

i switch my wheels from front to back and relized that is my ovalized fucking wheel lol
