headset prolems

how do i put the rest of the headset on?
I know how to do the cups but what about everything else?
Im running a stock for btw

I know how to put the headset cups in but is there anything else I need to put in?

ok like once the cups r in take the bottom ring where the bearings go on the stock fork off- race -and put the one on that came with it and put the bearing on > slide the fork with new bearing and race on thru the headtube then put the small plastic ring on top after the bearing and then put the last piece on after that then put the upper stock bolt on and put on the bars.
