but
what headsets can i use with a stock fork

You can use any standard headset but if it's threadless you need to use the locknut that comes on your fork.

fsa pig, cane creek s-1, cane creek tank ll, dabomb, origin8. all unsealed ones can go with threaded but most sealed ones cant without messing up the bearings
