headset trouble (help)

ive been wanting to get a new headset for about thew weeks now and i cant get my headset offits threaded one
the nut which u screw off the u get to the cups is stuck or somthing ive tried my hardest with my hands and with a spanner any help!

get a vice, a spanner wrench, and a crapload of leverage. give it a try.

stick a long screw driver through the fork and rest it against the side off the foldy and turn the nut with a big spanner

the only spanner i have is a old one and every time i try and get it off it will round it off?=< and i cant get one from a store no money

Umm, your gonna have to put like a spanner or screw driver threw the forks and put the end next to the foldy. You should be able to get it off then.
