headset wobbling even if tightened

has any one got any tips on how to make my headset stop wobbling.
1. when i tighten it and then go ride on it,it just gets loose.
2. if i propper tighten it, my headset doesnt spin.

what could i do.

1) Untighten the bars;
2) tigthen the the headset right on the edge, when it spins and when it's solid;
3) press the bars down as much as you can
4) tighten the bars.

if u are using a stick headset hammer the ring off the bottom nut on your fork tube until it falls off and then u can use the ramining bit and do it as tight as you want without it going stiff then put the locknut back on top

oil the headset so it spins good then tightin it

Haha shai me and you had a syncronized post lol. but yeah try some oil (sewing machine or 3in1 oil works best) and locktite the bottom nut and you wont need the locknut but still use it if you want.
